Levelling Up and Regeneration Act and Labour's Planning Agenda
Presented by Owen Dugmore, Executive, Planning Team, and Max Howarth, Senior Associate. The presentation will look at the Labour manifesto, what recent statements have been made in relation to planning, and the changes planned under the Levelling Up and Regeneration Act 2024 that are still to be brought into force by secondary legislation and whether these changes are likely to come forward now that we have a new Labour Government.
