Lunch and Learn with Stantec
Beyond the Plan: Delivering Spatial Development Strategies
Spatial Development Strategies are returning to the heart of place leadership across England. But how do authorities move beyond policy documents to create strategies that genuinely shape growth, infrastructure investment, housing delivery and climate resilience?
This Lunch & Learn will explore the practical realities of preparing and implementing Spatial Development Strategies in a rapidly changing planning landscape. We’ll draw on emerging national policy and Stantec's experience supporting the Tees Valley Combined Authority.
The session will be hosted by David Carlisle and Michelle Robinson, both planning directors at Stantec.
